It will be good to see the prosecution of corrupt public officials in Nigeria rather than endless delays to court cases that are currently the norm. Though the case of Egypt came as a result of pressure from protesters demanding the trial of corrupt officials, the Federal Government of Nigeria should be proactive and seek ways of fast tracking cases of corruption through the establishment of special courts.
